10 years to the week after leaving Kapala, I got to go back to visit for a week!

ACET International conference took place in Entebbe, and I was there - mostly for 4 days of meetings back to back - but also squeezed in a day to go into Kampala and meet friends. It has changed lots - and in an encouraging way! Plenty of industry, everybody seemed busy, and there were many more houses, shops, offices, hotels, etc.

I'd upload some puotos if this thing would behave itself. Oh well, tomorrow perhaps!

The conference was hectic - hope it was useful. We made lots of plans for joint projects, now it just requires everyone to follow through!

Procrastination

There's nothing like an approaching assignment deadline to encourage me into non-essential and long-postponed activities like setting up a blog!

This may be a short-lived venture, we'll see.
